2005 - A Record Year for Our Real Estate Market!

According to the "Year-to-Year Comparison Report" generated by our Multiple Listing System, we realized a significant increase in sales volume for both quantity SOLD and Dollar Amount Paid.  Total Property Sales for the County were just over $300 Million.  That represents a 39% increase over the 2004 dollar amount sold. 

And, the number of transactions was up by 22%, to 1,886 Units.

(Not included in this Report are all the transactions by non-member brokers and "By Owner" Sales.)
